The Gaza Orchestra EP is an expression of deep solidarity and a grounded call for Palestinian liberation. 100% of profits from digital sales, merchandise, and concert tickets go directly to grassroots Palestinian initiative The Sameer Project to fund life-saving civilian relief on the ground. Following their 2023 single “Gaza Orchestra,” conscious hip-hop duo Dr Koul & Inztrow recognised the responsibility to use their platform to centre the Palestinian struggle and raise vital funds. Expanding this project into a four-track EP, they invited Geneva hip-hop veteran Rox to contribute to “Mystic” and UK-based lyricist Kemastry to join them on “Panism.” To honour the region's cultural resilience, every track is built using samples from artists rooted in the freedom struggles of Palestine and Bilad el-Sham. Rather than speaking over these histories, the music aims to weave these voices into a patchwork of sounds and themes, reflecting a shared vision of an anti-imperialist, united future. Released with the vital guidance of Loud Raven Consulting, the Gaza Orchestra EP is simply an invitation to listen, reflect, and contribute. The project takes its name as both an homage and an act of mourning — imagining the orchestras, musicians, teachers, and cultural workers whose voices have been silenced. Gaza Orchestra insists that art is not a luxury but a necessity, and that sound carries memory when words fall short.
